The Royster Ranch is will be a place to raise Wagyu beef, have personal and corporate events and just live on the farm with our kids, friends and animals.

We live behind the farm now. I planned to move to the farm and downsize our life. Ashley had other ideas.

The Cows
Wagyu. Waguy says it all. The best of the best in marbled steaks come from the Wagyu breed of cattle. BUT, it is a bit too buttery. Did I say that out loud? Yes. Waguy with Prime genetics is The Best steak. The butteriness of Waguy and the bite of Prime is The Best Steak on the planet.
We are raising Wagyu with genetics from Wilders in Clayton and Turkey to create the best steak availble anywhere.

The Barn
The Barn will be the epicenter for the farm and events. Raising Wagyu Cows and creating events to enjoy and educate the superior beef will be both fun and educational. We’ll be able to have cookouts where we teach you how to cook these incredible steaks in a relaxing and fun environment. There is an event space for a 60x100 tent in front of the barn to have larger events and a local farmers market.
